Refund policy
returns
we offer returns for up to 3 days after the item is received, and are for store credit only. you will be charged a shipping fee to cover costs. to keep our small-batch production sustainable, please choose carefully.
even with our rigorous quality checks, if we mess up, that’s on us.
within 5 days after you receive your item: if your piece is damaged or we sent the wrong item, contact us to initiate an exchange or refund. there will be no restocking or additional shipping fee.
to be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, please make sure the item is in the same condition that you received it and unworn. we reserve the right to not accept returns that do not meet our standards, and they will be sent back to you.
exchanges/refunds
once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if it was approved or not. if your exchange is approved, we will stay in contact with you for further procedures. if your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
